S-ERP provides instant in-app alerts and chatter notifications to inform authors and approvers whenever a payment request, personal expense claim, or declaration undergoes status transitions.

Receiving Workflow Notifications¶

Rejection Alerts¶

When a reviewer rejects a Personal Expense, Monthly Declaration, or Payment Requisition, the system sends an immediate rejection alert to the author containing the reviewer’s mandatory feedback.

Completion & Approval Alerts¶

Upon final authorization by the SBU Director or Department Manager, the system dispatches a completion notification confirming successful approval.

Disbursement Alerts¶

When Treasury officers execute the bank transfer and log cash disbursement (Đi tiền), the submitting employee receives a payment disbursement notification with the disbursed amount and timestamp.
