CRM¶
The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application in S-ERP provides an end-to-end platform for managing customer acquisition, sales pipelines, contract execution, cross-entity customer sharing, and executive analytical reporting.
CRM Workflow Architecture¶
The standard sales lifecycle flows across integrated stages:
Lead Acquisition & Allocation: Capturing inquiries from marketing channels, scoring lead potential (0–3 stars), and assigning sales representatives with SLA commitments.
Lead Processing & Qualification: Engaging leads, scheduling customer onsite visits, logging consulting timesheets, and converting qualified leads into Opportunities.
Pipeline Management & Deal Closing: Managing pipeline stages via Kanban drag-and-drop, scheduling follow-up activities, and closing deals (Win with confirmed revenue / Lost with analysis reason).
Contract Execution & Payment Collection: Generating contracts directly from won opportunities, logging payment registrations by Sales, and financial approval by Accounting.
Cross-SBU Customer Sharing: Seamlessly transferring potential leads and customer profiles across subsidiary companies and business units.
Executive Analytics & KPI Dashboard: Real-time business intelligence covering revenue forecasts, sales funnels, team leaderboards, conversion rates, and aging opportunities.
