Attendances¶

The Attendances module in S-ERP, integrated with the S-Attendance Mobile App, provides a comprehensive timekeeping and workforce management solution. It enables employees to check in and out seamlessly using mobile facial recognition (FaceID) and GPS geofencing, eliminating physical timeclock bottlenecks and ensuring transparent, real-time data synchronization.

S-Attendance delivers an end-to-end timekeeping ecosystem connecting mobile employees with human resources management:

Mobile App Operations: Employees download the mobile app, authenticate with their S-ERP account, and perform daily FaceID biometric check-in within designated GPS geofencing boundaries.
Onsite & Shift Transfers: Personnel working at secondary branches or client sites submit temporary onsite requests directly from their smartphone.
Claims & Leave: Employees submit claims for missed check-ins or request scheduled time off with attached documentation.
Overtime Management: Employees register overtime hours, obtain manager approvals, and submit shift deliverables before check-out.
ERP Configuration & Administration: Human Resources administrators configure company schedules, work locations, employee portrait data, and recognition thresholds.
Monitoring & Claim Approvals: Managers monitor real-time company attendance dashboards and review, validate, or reject employee attendance claims with instant two-way synchronization.
