Appraisals

The Appraisals application in S-ERP allows organizations to manage and conduct periodic employee performance evaluations—from configuring competency dictionaries and frameworks to creating appraisal periods, conducting self-assessment surveys, manager evaluations, department head approvals, and consolidated reporting.

Prerequisites Before Starting

Before initiating an appraisal period, ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Employee profiles have complete organizational data: Company, Department, Job Position, Grade Level, Direct Manager, and Department Head.

  • Admin/HRM accounts have appropriate configuration permissions; participants log in with the exact accounts assigned on the appraisal form.

  • The Competency Framework must precisely match the employee’s organizational profile (Company, Department, Position, Level). If mismatched, the Competency tab or survey cannot generate questions.

  • The appraisal period must be active and its scope must include the employees to be evaluated.
