Overtime Requests¶

The Overtime Requests (Yêu cầu làm thêm giờ) module governs the complete lifecycle of overtime planning, multi-level management approvals, delegation, deliverable reporting, and mobile check-out validation in S-ERP.

System Architecture & Operational Scope¶

Overtime operations are partitioned into two synchronized environments:

Platform / Environment	Core Functional Capabilities
S-ERP (Web Administration)	Requisition submission, department-wide approval tracking, manager delegation, batch approval workflows, and post-shift deliverable inspection.
S-Attendance (Mobile App)	Fast mobile overtime registration, real-time push approval notifications, and mandatory task deliverable logging with photographic proof prior to mobile check-out.

Overview & Lifecycle States¶

Overtime requests proceed through standard lifecycle stages:

Draft: Created by employee, editable before submission.
Pending Approval (Chờ xử lý): Awaiting direct manager review or delegated approval.
Approved (Đã phê duyệt): Authorized by management; employee is eligible for overtime work.
OT Result Updated (Đã cập nhật kết quả tăng ca): Deliverables and photographic proof submitted upon shift completion.
Refused (Từ chối): Rejected by manager with feedback.
